✺ Strength X Tribe Pilates (Technique-led Strength)

What it is:
A progressive, form-focused strength Pilates class. Slower but heavier than Power Tribe. You’ll learn technique, build controlled strength and use a blend of pilates and strength training principles to work toward long-term transformation.

Perfect for:
Beginners wanting solid foundations, or anyone ready to build strength and confidence with their Pilates practice.

✺ Infrared X ‘SCULPT’ Tribe Pilates (Hot Sculpting Pilates)

What it is:
Our most intense class. A full-body sculpting flow under infrared heat to boost circulation, recovery and that deep Pilates burn. Think coaching-style corrections, progression week by week, and visible results.

Perfect for:
Anyone who wants a powerful, transformative class with added heat for deeper muscle activation. Not suitable during pregnancy.

✺ Tribe Non-Hot Yoga Flow (Beginner & Prenatal Friendly)

What it is:
A calm, grounding yoga class focused on gentle stretching, mobility, breathwork and mindful movement. Slow-paced, supportive and restorative.

Perfect for:
Beginners, prenatal & postnatal clients (with medical clearance), or anyone wanting a slower, soothing class.

What it is:
A soulful, flowing yoga class under gentle infrared heat. Expect a warm, detoxifying practice that increases flexibility while calming the nervous system. Finishes with a deep savasana.

Perfect for:
All levels wanting a warm, restorative yoga experience with a glow-from-within finish.
